I haven’t been able to watch much so far this season but what are we looking at here? Is it the MCW effect of the Carmelo effect? Because there is no possible way that Trevor Ariza is the difference between a historically great regular season team last year and what we have going on currently. Bzdelik effect? It’s early but I’m not loving the vibe.
The front office can say what they want but once ownership decided to not bring back Ariza and Luc; they knew the Rockets were going to take a step back and there was nothing they could do about it unless something fell in their lap. They are not DOA, but they need a move for someone like Butler.

Don't be fooled by Harden's points. He's not playing with any effort. That last foul was because he didn't box out. If he's gonna play like that we have zero chance. His body language says he's only playing for his stats
