    Pretty sure both Grunge and Nickleback are dissed. I've heard the opinion many times. Guitars are really my genre though.

    Grunge is Seattle. At that link you give, the only non-Seattle band is STP. I would not include them; they are a plain old rock band. None of the grunge bands started wearing expensive suits like STP. I think you could almost say every Seattle band listed there can be found wearing flannel and ripped jeans at some point. Not sure if STP even passes the flannel test :p
