People are interested in him. He is the most accomplished European prospect in basketball history, and at 19y old to boot. It's interesting to follow high upside players. Also as a Houston Rockets fan, I have no interest of posting on Mavs board. I'd rather enjoy his good games with half of dozen people here instead.
I didn't yet. I plan to. I have been talking about it with my friend and big fan of NBA, with whom we are doing podcasts for our country about Doncic and NBA in general. He said Dallas' defense was atrocious and Doncic wasn't an exemption. For all the Dennis Smith's athleticism, somehow you feel more safe when Doncic is taking the ball to the hoop than DSJ. Even though he lacks athleticism, he is big and crafty. Luka is getting better at p&r with DeAndre very quickly. You can see their progress with each new game. Dallas fans are already thinking about trading ideas for DSJ if he doesn't adapt quickly and start playing more off the ball and defensively. But what fans think doesn't concern Rick Carlisle lol. However Rick will have to figure out how to stagger minutes for Barea and Luka, because Barea doesn't pass to guards and is looking only for bigs. With him on the floor, Doncic is relegated to spot-up shooter and cutter, and he has to play to Barea's pace which is a bit too much for him at times. I'll have more details about the game later in the day.
Doncic is great. If he would play for the Rockets right now, every thread about him would be orgasmic

It looks like Jordan will have a career year partly because of Doncic. 10 of DeAndre's total 18 points in the last game were generated by Luka.
Luka sure has some bold moves, lol! He fooled some Bulls defenders and gave DeAndre just enough time to get free for a pass.
Rauf was clearly ahead of his time in regards to the National Anthem too. Today he would be considered a hero by half the country and given a fat Nike contract for protesting the National Anthem.
I'm watching him play right now and it's like every time he touches the ball something good happens. And he's making such heady plays. I don't understand how he's 19 years old. He plays like he's been doing this for 10+ years. I hate this. He's going to be great and he's a Mav. That's the worst.
