Foster, just because he does it without the national media even perceiving that he's doing anything.

 

I don't think West's destruction of the Astros has been intentional. He's just been bad, coincidentally most of the time against us.

Foster is on the take. There is someone with money and power somewhere telling him to call the games tight or loose.

 

I'd say the basketball refs. The baseball refs at least admit (usually) when they **** up and make a bad call. Also , calling balls and strikes is pretty hard. The basketball refs are openly corrupt and incompetent.

 

I choose option #3. Fans who feel the need to blame an outside entity when their teams get beat.

Were there some sh*t calls? Sure. Doesn't make up for the hundreds of other things that went wrong.

If I had to pick tho, definitely BBall refs. They have WAY too much influence over the game. Other that wack-ass Altuve HR/out call umps have called a fair series.
