    Kuechel is a ground ball pitcher, bad luck in this case.

    That's typical Keuchel though. He pitches to contact and pitchers like him are more open to getting hurt like he did the last inning.

    Keuchel's pitches aren't off. He's not leaving them over the plate. They're just hitting them when they're right on the corner and going the other way. I'm worried about our shift leading to extra hits if this is how it's going to be.

    Yes, by WAR. He's ahead of Morton because he pitched 30 more innings. His per inning WAR is about 5% lower than Morton, so basically they provided the same value per inning.
