    Money’s great.

    But is he lucky? Sometimes (often) luck is much more important. I mean it’s not like Bob Myers drafted Steph or created the one time cap jump rule.

    DMs got the right strategies. But lucked into prima-Dwight, injured CP3, 0-27 and being forced to draft Royce White lol.

    How do we improve DMs luck??

    Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if a big reason Morey wanted to stay is just not wanting to uproot his family. Those things matter.

    But also, seeing what the 76ers wanted out of a GM, "team effort type of thing," perhaps Morey would have felt he wouldn't have the authority he would like. Not to mention how they did Hinkie.
