    His lips read, "come on, man". Seemed those words were aimed at Maldy.

    Yeah, it's called CATCHer for a reason. Good defense =/= strong arm only, that's only ONE of the tools needed for a good catcher. I'd say there's a great chance our #1 catcher next year is not on the 40-man roster right now (dreaming of a trade for JT, but we may go another route). One thing about letting Maldonado go though, is I heard someone on #AngelsTwitter wanting to get him back, and applying his in-depth, insider knowledge of our team and pitching staff against us as Anaheim tries to make a real run again next year. Need I worry about that?
