My bias is the IRS already blessed all this. Fred Trump's returns, Donald's returns, the other Trumps returns.

Reading further its inneuendo. Their basic contention is spelled out early.

The main accusation is Fred transfered assets to his kids while under valuing them. Thats not even fraud

That is only part of it, but that is actually tax fraud. The IRS doesn't bless tax fraud.

Actually thru did bless Fred's and everyone else's returns

    Because it wasn't fraud

    Valuations are backed by documentation

Like I said you already had a bias against the article and probably never read anything but the title.

Yet for some reason had the audacity to question of another poster had read it.

Why should anyone take you seriously?

Actually i did challenge the main accusation. Fred Trump passed the real estate along at mch cheaper value than actually was.

My contention is you just can't value property without documentation of value. So the irs looked at these transactions with no problems

If you had read the article you would know they did show documentation of value in several examples one being the boilers.

What company sells merchandise to itself at a inflated price?

You should have just said it does not matter because that sums up your argument about this.

It does not matter, my mind is made up.

Do you think the irs just rubber stamps millionaires's tax returns?

You don't believe the irs did its due diligence?

I think they are like any other regulatory agency that has time and manpower constraints, some things get missed.

Do you think the IRS goes over every return with a fine tooth comb?

Like I said before if you actually read the article it talks about some reasons why these things were missed and the deception used.

Every return isnt turned in by the top 1% wealthiest people.

Secondly we aren't talking about one year. We're talking about years of a tabloid New York family

What does any of that have to do with what I said?

Anyway your bias is evident and I am done.

Where did I say it was complicated? A theme with you is.... you don't understand what you are talking about.

If Trump has nothing to hide, why not release his tax returns? Prove the critics wrong.....

I don't know if it's because English is your second language or not. I'm not understanding anything you typed.

A significant portion of what you wrote is inaccurate including the premise that there wasn't fraud.
