This is DEFINITELY because of Ryno. $100 says the owner saw Ryno in practice/preseason and was like "wait... I'm paying him how much..?"

It does seem like the Suns owner just looks up from his other day-to-day investments to check on his b-ball team once per year in October. "Oh ****. Fire somebody, like, now."

Those 1 for 5 and 2 for 8 Pre-season games by Ryno was the final death for the GM

WOW. DUDE was active in FA and trades. It's like he did a lot of stuff, but didn't really do anything. Reading all those transactions made my head spin.

    suspicious.
I'm now again, expecting Ayton to be found to have some kind of problem.

Why did they fire their assistant and director of scouting on top of it.
The scouting department should all have been fired years ago, now ?? it doesn't make sense.
As for the assistant GM if the owner just wanted to install his own man the logical thing to do would be to keep this man to ease the change of "leadership". Then fire him in the offseason.

Sarver probably asked "why did we draft Chriss and Bender" if we are going to dump one and likely not extend the other. Both are scrub/misses in the top 10.

Perhaps you are right, but Sarver doesn't seem all that bright to me. The Suns have been in a mess partly due to him too.

He deserves a ton of blame, no doubt!

Suns coaches became accustomed to regular beratings and demands of strategy and lineup changes, league sources said. Rival executives could sometimes hear Sarver yelling in the background on negotiation calls with the Suns' front office. Agents tell stories of private conversations occurring with Sarver without the front office's knowledge.

Great news Cod. :) Though not sure if it is good about your ears..it can be a redemption to finally escape that tyranny even having to look elsewhere for new jobs.

I mean...how is this the reason he got fired?

Getting fired over Scrubberson is a much more valid reason IMHO, check out his numbers during the preseason and he is on the books for 2 more years (lel).Maybe the owner got mad thry were looking for a pg after they traded away Brandon Knight.

Regardless, Suns were building a nice collection of talent in Booker, Ayton and Melton those are a decent core. There must be other reasons behind this.

Thats what Morey did too during Pre Harden era.

You got to keep kicking the cans and flipping the pancake till you find someone good.
