I was listening to a podcast the other day and they said that the Wolves owner is a known cheapskate and that he wouldn't want to fire Thibs and have to pay him.
If they have to rebuild, does it really cost him anything to fire Thibs and promote next in line guy? You could just keep Thibs, but it seems he is totally incompetent about communicating effectively with young players which means picks and youth would rot away just when the opposite is needed. Would be strange for Thibs not to take a big chunk of blame for this catastrophe.

If that really was the case then I would assume he would sign off on a trade Thibs wasn't willing to then hope he quits.
you may not realise it or do it on purpose but it is offending and misogynistic to call someone a woman as an insult. I was offended when I read your post. Especially when it comes to Wigs and KAT who have all the talent in the world physically but what they lack is heart and effort. I hope one day this will stop.
It's a bit baffling. I thought Jimmy would be out of Minny by now, but that organization has been trash since McHale worked there. However, those talks are just on hold. They're not dead. I don't know much other than guys are saying Thibs screwed up the deal, asking for too much from Miami and a third team (which I'm not entirely sure of...couple of teams mentioned) Minny wanted The Heat's core, with a nice piece from another team, while also asking the Dieng contract to be absorbed. Have also heard suggestion of Wigs trying to be moved within a deal, which complicates everything further. I can only suppose Morey is trying to swoop in right now to #DecreaseTheDrop Happy Sunday.
