But I do know that she's being represented by Michael Avenatti. Whom so far is batting .1000 when it comes to backing up his cases and assertions.

 

Sick and twisted people that need help. They're also thankfully going to ruin the Democrats' chances at the ballot box in November. Can't tell you how many people I've talked to that usually don't vote but can't wait until Election Day to vote straight Republican to make sure that these crazies don't have a voice in Washington and that the behavior by the Democrats in recent weeks is not condoned or rewarded.

Donny here are a few of lies that came out of the Ford camp that really hurt her credibility.

1) She was in therapy in 2012 due to her wanting a second front door during remodeling their house when the"attack" by Kavanaugh in 82 came out. Truth is permit records indicate that the second front door was added years earlier than this therapy session.

2) The hearing was delayed due to her "fear" of flying yet she flies all over the world. While she may very well be scared to fly she does it all the time so it would not make sense to delay the hearing for that reason.

3) She was unaware that they offered to come to her on the West coast to interview her. Either her attorneys are incompetent and did not notify her about this or she lied about this.

Other things that hurt her credibility:

1) Her story changed. The people who she said were there, she changed her age from her mid/later teens to early teens,

2) Nobody she claimed was there remembers this happening including her friend

3) Her friend was pressured to change her sworn statement which is witness tampering.

4) Her social media history was scrubbed prior to this coming out. Why would she do this?

As I understand it, the renovation happened in 2008. Her testimony was that the front door addition was a major point of contention/friction between her and her partner (the kind of large/long-term issues that tend to land people in couples counseling), and as part of that couples therapy therapy in 2012 she disclosed the attack and the anxiety problems to her therapist. Can you elaborate on this? In her testimony she says she determined this was an "unrealistic request". Too much noise to really discern. Although her making up excuses to testify in front of Congress publicly does support my earlier theory.

I'm not surprised by this at all. 35 years is a very long time. Even longer for people whom this was just a normal sit-around-and-drink weekend gathering and were not privy to a life alteringly traumatic event.

Not even the National Review thinks this is witness tampering.

Leland Keyser, who Ford has said was present at the house when she was assaulted in 1982, told investigators that retired FBI agent Monica McLean, a friend of Ford’s, had urged her to clarify her statement, sources told the Wall Street Journal.

This is exactly what I would do too if I were about to step in front of the full force and fury of an army of Pizzagate warriors.

 

Also Leland Keyser never changed her testimony.

She just restated what she previously said which was she did not recall but believes her which is exactly what she said the first time. She was urged to restate it because Kavanaugh lied under oath stating that Leland denied that the incident happened .

Also, the three other witnesses had clear motivation to lie. Kavanaugh and Judge obviously had clear motivation as they were accused of attenpted rape and the other is their friend.

So essentially CML and all the other posters who rip on Ford are a Sharia Law advocates as Sharia law states that four male witnesses must confirm a rape allegation from a women.

This us what happens when you just follow news media that caters to your preconceived biases.

Funny, but not even close. Yes there are crazies on both sides. But we saw a new level of stupid and crazy with the Kavanaugh candidacy.

You can point to one crazy guy, perhaps a few more.

I can point to several thousands that were on the mall in Washington; in the Capitol building; in front of the Supreme Court. We've never seen this before -- this many people, acting this stupid and crazy, unreasoning. To say nothing of the Twittersphere.

 

None of the people you're whining about threatened to murder senators. I'm not sure how protesting is somehow worse than threatening to murder United States senators. One of these things is legal and one of these things is treason and most certainly illegal.

On fear of flying.... The woman said in testimony that she had to be coaxed to fly and then got busted when asked about international flights she took... Dr Ford obviously lied about this alleged phobia of hers.

You're telling me that a former FBI agent doesn't know that it's unethical for her to contact a witness asking her to change a sworn statement.

 

This is a mischaracterization. There was no one that "witnessed" the Ramirez incident, what you are talking about is random people that said they heard about it after the fact.

As to the false allegations against Kavanaugh, we know that there were at least 5 allegations against him, 3 of them were proven or have been admitted to being false. The other 2 have absolutely no corroboration. What that boils down to is 5 allegations that have no reason to be believed.
