Yeah but you aren't really "proving" anything with a "he said/she said" scenario. The only person that we can prove with actual facts who lied was Dr Ford when she claimed to have been in couple's therapy in 2012 about some home renovations that she claimed were ongoing.....that were completed in 2008 based on the building permits that were taken out. She had no relevant home renovations taking place in 2012. So her story about front doors causing her to remember and recite the story about the "attack" was a lie....and a provable lie.
Is it "he said/she said" that Kavanaugh's grandfather was a Yale alumn? And basic common sense says that an entire football team using "Renate Alumnius" in reference to the same girl was not a reference about being "good friends with her". If that was the case, that woman that was referenced who INITIALLY signed the "I am a woman who knows Brett Kavanaugh and approve of him" letter wouldn't withdraw her signature after finding out that is what they all wrote in their yearbook. She wouldn't be offended and appauled that the entire football team slut shamed her. These are explicit lies that do not need hearsay but rather basic common sense and family history knowledge. And between Bret Kavanaugh and Ford, it's Kavanaugh's perjury that matters because Kavanaugh is being nominated for one of the highest privileged positions in the United States, not Ford. And Kavanaugh did not only perjure himself in reference to the sexual assault allegations but also his involvement with Clinton's impeachment. If you are comfortable with having someone who lies under sworn testimony reapeadily as a Supreme Court Justice, so be it. That is your subjective opinion that we can debate the merits on. But Brett Kavanaugh lying under oath is an objectively true statement.

I never heard your stance on witness tampering by Dr Fords former FBI friend Monica McLean. You know the one where there was a sworn statement by Fords boyfriend that Ford coaxed her how to pass a polygraph test. Then the FBI investigation found evidence that McLean was tampering with Geyser. One would think you’d give it up now but I guess not.

Because it didn't happen. The person who was supposedly coached debunked the whole thing. Did you respond to the witness tampering by Kavanaugh where he was texting people to get them to not cooperate and defend him prior to the New Yorker story? The one that also proved he lied under oath to the Senate?
I knew you wouldn’t just state your position without finger pointing to someone else, You can’t because it’s game over. You really need to pay attention. McLean is the one who denies she was coaxed by Ford. She is also the same person trying to get an important witness to lie. Certainly she would lie if she’s pressuring others to do the same. As far as the Kavanuagh allegation “Berchem says in her memo that Kavanaugh “and/or” his friends “may have initiated an anticipatory narrative” as early as July to “conceal or discredit” Ramirez,” according to NBC News. And or is not verifiable proof of anything. Ramirez could have been contacting people to help her craft her bullshit story and Kavanaugh’s friends decided to defend him on their own. They need proof that Kavanaugh knew and “may have” doesn’t cut it.
Sadly, the witness tampering has not and most likely will not make it into their echo chamber so they will remain willfully ignorant about it.
