How has HRC been deprived of due process? It's true, many people are very critical of her, and the President said "you'd be in jail" (in the debates), and others do the same -- but, she isn't up for a position, or running for any position, and no charges have officially been levied against her. Nor do I think they will be (for better or worse).

There is a difference, in my mind. There's a lot of "smoke/fire" with HRC. There isn't with Kavanaugh. The campaign against him was totally manufactured.

This is an ironic statement considering you're the one advocating for some people's votes counting more than others.

When’s the last time Republicans protested, got in the faces, stalked, shouted down, in other words acted damn fools against the Democrats? It’s called civility folks look into it.

Every Trump event is basically a giant witch burning rally. Threatening to lock up dissidents and advocating violence against protestors.

Republicans do not get to preach about civility with President Pussygrabber at the wheel.

    You didnt answered the question.
Witch burning? Threatening to lock up who? Advocating violence? You need to explain.

I don't really have a dog in this fight, (I don't support Kavanaugh for his extreme views on presidential power) but I don't think you're exposed enough to uncivil protests. They've come from all sides throughout our history, and usually from the side that isn't in power.

Have I ever complained the way system was setup? Sure, I would like term limits and the SC really needs some adjustments, but outside of that, Im perfectly happy with the way the rules are setup now. Im not trying to change the rules because my ideology is not winning.

Some of you act like we elect a dictator every 4 years and completely forget Congress. Congress is the ones ****ing over our country with their entrenched power of unlimited terms. Congress is setup in a manner to represent America proportionally. You seem to have no problem with that.

She has been denied due process cos some people, including the current president, believe she should be locked up, even though she has yet to be charged with a crime, talk less be prosecuted or convicted. Add the fact that the FBI investigated and cleared her, and those shouts are truly egregious of the tenets of due process (i.e. to them, FBI clearing her does not suffice)

Kavanaugh on the other had has only been accused of sexual assault and it only speaks to his character and suitability to hold a seat on the bench of the highest court (a position that should be beyond reproach). That is not a crime, and is trivial compared to being asked to be locked up without a trial.

As to a lot of smoke/fire, for HRC there is nothing more than speculations as to what was in the deleted emails, while in Kavanaugh case, his own writings, accounts from his friend and classmates, and his repeated evasiveness and misrepresentations, all paint a picture of the allegation being more likely true than any of the HRC conspiracies.

Even if we assume that HRC has "fire" engulfing her, anyone who is concerned about due process (like you claim) would ignore the fire and defend her innocence, given that she has been fully investigated and cleared by the FBI, but you surprisingly dont think she needs to be defended. That is pure hypocrisy from partisan bias.

    That

Looks like you had a stray "that." :)

So, just quickly, I would say:

    a) I highly doubt HRC will ever be charged with anything, so any cries of substantive "injury" or "penalty" against her are without merit.

    b) there's a *lot* of other "fires" besides the emails, for HRC (and Bubba too) [BTW, you might be interested to know that I voted for Bubba twice. But back then, the Democrats weren't as insane as they are now, and Bubba's DLC worked to make the Democratic party more centrist. I'm pretty sure that the DLC doesn't exist anymore.]

    c) there's no substantive evidence against Kavanaugh

I also voted for Bubba but the party now is unrecognizable and absolutely broken.

We have some normal dems on this board. I am sure they are turned off by all of the yelling and screaming. Well at least some of them anyway.

So basically you admit you and most others on the left know the whole Ford plus other baseless allegations were all a bunch of manufactured bullcrap??? You also say this will wind up the batcrap crazy SJW around the country? Do the batcrap crazies not realize this was all a manufactured smear job too? Are the just too stupid to realize that or do they not care?

I think the batcrap crazies stayed perpetually triggered and the Kavanaugh confirmation will keep the status quo for them. The perpetually triggered will remain triggered irregardless of what happens. I do think it says a WHOLE lot about the left to manufacture a smear job just to try to get a rise out of their base. Of course anyone with any sense already knew this. What you have accomplished is to piss off the right who will turn out in droves come November.

She can now go to the police and give them her therapy notes and polygraph. Why wont she? Your justification no longer applies, but really it never did.

I'm going to try and be as dispassionate as I can saying this. It doesn't accurately reflect how I feel about your crazy, but tn the interest of clarity, consider taking a reading comprehension class and fewer hallucinogenic drugs. You understood what I wrote as well as someone who made it up out of thin air.

I'd bet money on the first two allegations being true, with the third made from whole cloth, but none of us will ever know. God knows you already know the truth. No need for actual facts to confirm whatever delusions you are running with at the moment.

If you weren't acting so bats**t I might be willing to discuss it more with you. As it is, I suggest you seek professional help. You are "triggered" to say the least.

It boggles my mind that you people still haven't figured out the statute of limitations ran out about 20 years ago. I kept expecting one of you to figure it out at some point, but no luck.

It wasn't rape by any definition that I am aware of. It would be some variation of attempted sexual offense, which has a one year statute of limitations. Unless you know something that the rest of us don't.
