i would debate cruz with a bible in one hand and a bbq sanguish on the other. And have someone cater the bbq to the entire audience. 15,000 at an auditorium.I'm sure there would be some restaurant willing to sponsor. It would take around $150,000 to feed a full capacity debate.

You got to be kidding, right? Cruz is very upfront about his policies. It's Beto who's indirect because he knows his policies are not popular in Texas

Doubt any restaurant is going to drop $150k on a night. Besides, if they did, they might be buying undue influence on Beto. They should do potluck instead, chili cookoff style.

If someone is going to fail to make a good Texan chili, it'd the metrosexual, Ted Cruz.

Is a "sanguish" a BBQ sandwich so spicy and delicious that it causes anguish? Like when my dog finds a new bone that is so amazing that she just holds it in her mouth and whines?

Oh poor dingleberry, just hanging there hoping you finally get wiped away. Why do none of cruz's adds mention even one of his policy stances? Everyone of them out there is an attack ad. They can't say Beto's name and use his picture enough. You'd think they wouldn't want to point out the youth and vigor Beto shows vs the serial killer vibe cruz gives off...but these guys haven't exactly proven competence before, so why start now?

Usually, the first rule of running as an incumbent is to never mention your opponent's name. cruz can't stop saying "Beto". Would seem that there is a healthy amount of internal panic in the cruz camp.

Most popular Goebbels quotes, including this one, are mis-attributions.

Poor Goebbels. Can't even be remembered as an evil genius super-Nazi correctly. He would probably be pleased though, with the lack of fidelity on quotations.

    In that spirit...

"I like beer. Sometimes I drank too many beers. Sometimes others drank too many. But I never exterminated anybody."

    Sort of.

His actual quote was........"The cleverest trick used in propaganda against Germany during the war was to accuse Germany of what our enemies themselves were doing."

He said it in a speech in 1934 Nurenberg.

The speech was mostly about how the Germans had been blamed by their enemies for doing what their enemies were actually doing.

    He was a disgusting person.

I have read all of his speeches and his journals and accounts from those around him at the time.

He was no lover of Jews, but most of his issues early on were with Communists and Capitalists.

He found delight in absolutely nothing except sex and the weird fatherly approval of Hitler.

His lack of anything pleasant to say, his melodramatic offense at everything and his over the top hatred all remind me of RocketLegend...... calling people "Lying leftist animals" is something Goebbels would do.

Is it panic? Or do they simply know what works in Texas? Scaring Grandma Millie and Joe the Plumber into voting for you.

#1 is he'll take money or endorsements from anyone, doesn't matter if they insult his family or not. A man without morals, well, just look at our POTUS...
