I was just wondering where the heck you guys find these random Twitter sources. I am not saying anything about the letter.

If you want to believe this one person, but not the people talking about kavanaugh. What is the difference? Why is this one person telling the truth.

who is the one person you are referring to? the twitter person who is just reciting a fact? or are you referring to the author of the letter Grassley got?

I dont necessarily believe the author of the letter Grassley got. I find it weird that he says she spent $600 on his credit card when he had already taken her name off the account (at the end). how does that work? Also, as i stated earlier, why does someone think they can send sworn testimony to Congress and then say 'i don't want to be involved'. Thats so dumb.

As for the Twitter person, shes an author/reporter for the federalist and National Review Online.

True, although she is qualified to be a Democrat.

The only thing being discussed is his heavy drinking. The only reason its being discussed is in attempts to discredit his memory of the alleged night and some how prop up Fords story.

That said, I am sure BK was a heavy drink. Im sure he fell asleep drinking. Im sure he passed out. And he probably had a few black outs. And I wouldn't be surprised if he made a few unwelcoming advances on women in those years. This does not apply to BK specifically, it applies to everyone who did this in their early years.

There are probably many reasons to dislike BK. But lets stick to the facts. Talk about the issues that make him a poor choice for a SCJ besides 'he lied about drinking'. The Democrats built a shitpit, threw him in and now are complaining he's covered in ****. Democrats made this a petty fight and now the Republicans are going to be petty right back. Both parties still haven't learned a lesson from 2016 and are resorting to the same stupid **** that got Trump elected.

If this alleged ex's story is true, Ford has some serious problems on her hand. Unlike Ford's story, the ex's story can be corroborated.

    Days after calling Christine Blasey Ford a 'credible witness' who gave 'compelling' testimony, the dotard mocks her at a campaign rally in Mississippi;

there were chants of "lock her up" from the audience.

Michael Bromwich, one of Ford's attorneys, responded to the dotard:

"A vicious, vile and soulless attack on Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.
Is it any wonder that she was terrified to come forward, and that other sexual assault survivors are as well?
She is a remarkable profile in courage. He is a profile in cowardice."

I think purgery is unbecoming enough to not be entitled to a Supreme Court Justice position.

His worst case of purgery just was reported by NBC news. They have text transcripts showing that he knew of Rameriz's allegations before they went public even though he explicitly claimed otherwise during his testimony.

Not only purgery but witness tampering is also evident in the text transcripts.

Many conservatives are defending Kavanaugh with such fervor because they see themselves in him. Snivelling, lying, drunken, puffy, conspiratorial, angry, underqualified, (sniff) - are all qualities that make the average conservative think 'hey I can be an angry drunk judge'.

If it wasn't for the cowardly liberal elites holding back the average Brettski - the world would be running like a well tapped kegerator.

why don't you quote this mocking:

"How did you get home? I don't remember. How'd you get there? I don't remember. Where is the place? I don't remember."

Mocking Ford is obviously something Trump is capable of doing, but this is not mocking. This is simply pointing out the gaps in Ford's story.

Maybe I was a loser in high school and college but I didn't repeatedly get black out drunk on a routine basis, start bar fights and slut shame girls in high school or brag about tag teaming girls in my yearbook profile.

Then again, I didn't have as much time as I wasn't a history major.
