Chris and Harden were throwing him those pocket passes on the roll as he couldn’t catch them.

Tbf to him, Chris and Clint looked like this at Harden’s charity game last year and we saw virtually none of the CP3-Capela PNR last season.

Not every big is gonna have Clint’s level of hands and finishing right off the bat.

Yep. Love that he lets he game come to him. It’s not uncommon for him to get guys involved and then take over all the sudden. Love his game.

I agree! Chriss looks like he’s trying to figure out how to play with guys that can pass the ball. He definitely hasn’t been ready for some of these passes but it just seems like he isn’t used to people finding him in those spots.

McGree is serviceable because of his size and talent. If he McGee had average BB IQ, he would be a supermax all-star.

I'm done with Chriss. Can we please see what Gary Clark can do since he couldn't play summer league.

Chriss is KNOWN for his poor hands.

James Ennis is a STUD defender.

May be the case. Still, it’s early and repetition is so important here.

I’m not convinced Chriss is in the Rockets longterm plans, but I’m sure they will give him every opportunity to learn and grow. He has a solid skill set. Question is, does he have the mental makeup needed.

Positive vibes for Ryno where so he'd shoot as good at home as road.

Postive vibes for Chriss would be,,,,
"You can catch it. One more try."

Maybe Chriss should’ve trained with Antonio Brown like Whiteside did:eek:

Put his ass on a jugs machine!

I like what I saw from Ennis and MCW.

Also would like to flush Chriss down the toilet.

Not too concerned with the turnovers yet, chalking it up to unfamiliarity with new teammates. But defense and especially switching is supposed to be a strength of Chriss, and so far that hasn't looked good either. Still willing to give him some time.

Just got home from work and saw that we're up by 5. So I guess the sky is not falling (yet).

We'll see how it works out, but if Chriss fails to have a decent impact in a team with Harden and Paul well...his defense looks bad too btw, but was expected personally, dude just has no idea of where he is and what he has to do.

Really liked what we have seen from Melo offensively. Five of the six shots were good-great looks and in his hot areas. Also not dribbling a lot.
