That is what happens when they just rely on the leftist pundits thoughts before forming opinion.

I get that this is all about the next election and that drawing attention to questionable legal decisions the majority of them supported is not anything the leadership of either party wants to do, but I think that if I'm Kavanaugh or the GOP I'm delighted that the nation is talking about everything but a record that shows contempt for civil liberties and the 4th Amendment in particular.

I care much more about the hard screw he gave the Constitution for the last two decades in broad daylight than the ones he might or might not have done at his Ivy League frat parties in the early eighties, but then I'm not a corrupt senator up for reelection with money falling out of my *******.

I'm disappointed in Republicans for championing an authoritarian for a Supreme Court seat, and I'm disappointed in Democrats in blocking his nomination with culture war histrionics when they could have pointed to several recent cases that should offend everyone into supporting his disqualification. My, what a wonderful job they did in getting everyone so worked up to support their unpopular political parties!

What’s your point? I watched the entire part of the Democrat lynch mob where he mentioned that he drank beer a lot.

Just admit at least part of your stance was based on erroneous information. Kavanaugh said he didn’t black out from drinking which would be hard to definitively prove is a lie. That’s what weak angle that you are working.

This situation is why there needs to be term limits. The only guy willing to take the heat for not following the party line is the guy retiring.

Honestly, people dont care without some drama to keep them on the edge of their seats. People simply wont get excited about abstract ideas. If they didn't do what they did , he would have already been confirmed without any outcry.

That is where it starts and ends.
Nothing about him says he can be impartial or not be a partisan honk

So if that wasn't a lie, then we only have 14 other lies that he told. Does that one less make it okay how dishonest he's been throughout this process?

Okay, and he'll still be the deciding SCOTUS justice despite your feelings. So get the tears out now.

If you want others to respect your stance which is largely based on these 14 lies. List them and defend your reasons for thinking they are lies besides the obvious reason of desperately needing to in a pathetic attempt to discredit Kavanaugh.

I love that some conservatives are saying "Well, if you don't accept Kavanaugh you are going to get worse!"

Really? There's worse than him? Will a judge more partisan, more anti-abortion get accepted by Flake, Collins, and Murkowski? I wonder if they would and if they do I imagine the latter two can start looking for other jobs.

They are listed and explained by professional writers. They do a better job than I could possibly do. Suffice it to say that I agree with their summation. I will happily debate any disagreement with that summation that you have.

From your perspective, Amy Coney Barrett would be significantly worse than Kavanaugh, and that's exactly who you would have gotten if you had succeeded in lynching Kavanaugh. In fact, you may get her anyway if Ruth Bader Ginsburg dies in the next year or so.

That said, it's good that you are now effectively admitting that your opposition to Kavanaugh was entirely ideological and had nothing to do with what everyone knows to be false allegations. It's progress.

Is Barrett getting past the 3 conservative judges I mentioned? I don't think so.

I see you really have reading issues? Nowhere in that post did I say anything about the allegations.

Bobby, I'm warning you. I'll start posting gif responses if you start arguing with yourself again.

Easily, and she'd have support from red state Democrats too. They can't have people thinking that they don't support wahmens

Exactly my point, you dropped the pretense that your objections had anything to do with false allegations. Also, I'll understand if you feel so defeated that you have to resort to posting nothing but gifs.
