Nah, the hate stated well before that. The reason for the hate is that he represents the death of a lot of their unconstitutional agenda in that there's no way they could get it past the SCOTUS with a true conservative majority. This sets their agenda back 2 decades.

Why in the world we he do this? Unless the FBI finds a serious smoking gun which is very doubtful, he will be confirmed by weeks end.

Interesting. Apparently, Kavanaugh was texting with people trying to coordinate a defense before the Ramirez allegation became public. At least one friend wants to come forward to testify.

This is bad because it also catches Kavanaugh in yet another lie while under oath. He told The Senate that he first heard about Ramirez' allegation after the New Yorker article. These texts were an attempt to get it all coordinated before that New Yorker article.

So not only is colluding with potential witnesses, He's lying to the Senate about the incident. For someone who is innocent, he is acting like he has a lot to hide.

You realize kavanaugh is in the new Yorker article denying the allegation. Be smarter than this FB and NBC news.

You should tell that to Kavanaugh. He's the one that lied about when he found out about the allegation.

either that or you didn't understand that when he said the first time he heard the allegation was from the New Yorker article, he means when the new Yorker called and asked for a statement. Because you know HES QUOTED IN THE DAM ARTICLE

    AMerican journalism is the worst.

Kavanaugh says in the period SINCE the New Yorker story. Those are his words. The truth is that he was working to collude with witnesses back in July.

Defend "Whiny" Joe Biden all you want. Honestly, if he did not want the rule to be used, he should not have created the rule in the first place.

What's that old saying: be careful what you wish for?

It's just people hoping to find something to latch on to in order to justify the opinion they had since before they found out who the nominee was going to be. You really shouldn't hold it against them since they clearly aren't thinking for themselves.

After all of this nonsense is over, Justice Kavanaugh will have fun overturning these laws as the deciding SCOTUS opinion.

Asking why a victim of sexual assault wouldnt tell her parent (as if telling the parent is what typically happens) is not applying logic but exhibiting ignorance of the psychology involved.

Would you mind quoting Kavanaugh's statement in the article? I don't remember a quote from him being in the article.
