C'mon, isn't it obvious? PJ Tucker, the ultimate Rocket who can never be traded for any reason, has a sore back from carrying all these lesser players like Harden, CP3, Melo and Capela.
The statement was "no matter how much money an owner has....". So based on that, potential revenue is irrelevant.
Let's not forget Jimmy Butler's injuries, and MASSIVE amounts of minutes. It took an injury and some historically terrible officiating for us to not have rings right now. Are we 100 percent certain we are okay with losing 5 players from a championship roster? Trevor Ariza PJ Tucker Eric Gordon --------------------- Luc Mbah a Moute Ryan Anderson It's sad because whatever happens I feel like some of you guys are vastly under rating our own players. It's not that I don't like Jimmy Butler, it's the fact that Eric Gordon and PJ Tucker are super studs. Let's not act like they aren't, or forget what happened a few months ago.
Man cmon dont phrase it like that. And plz dont add Melo, like he's been carrying anything for years now.
Well if its per Zach Lowe from a week ago, I wouldnt be worried about it now. They havent come up for awhile now. But Chris Middleton might be the best offer tbh...if this deal were still on the table, which Im not sure of.
Breaking: Holic messaging Morey like crazy, suggesting we get involved as a third team so we can acquire superstar-to-be Thon Maker.
That makes a lot of sense for both teams. I'd deal everyone for Butler If I was Milwaukee. That's the best they can hope for. (But would Butler threaten to not re-sign?)
Unspectacular stuff: 2 deadlines at play--Jimmy is pushing for his departure to happen quickly. Thibs and Minny are on that United Airlines departure schedule...some agent/team tension. More unspectacular: Charlotte has joined in the bidding war. I'm not sure what Minny would want, but Kemba seems obvious. Batum is expensive, but when healthy, he's a solid piece. (I still cringe about what he did to us in the Portland series...I still blame _ _ n). -Cod
i saw that hornets game last nite w/ the local feed and announcers were gushing about how much kemba loves being there and will likely want to re-sign with them next summer. also, batum looked terrible. a good playmaker at his position, but his shooting is so erratic arghhhh. hope you're enjoying your weekend bro
Charlotte is basically another Cleveland situation. They dont have anything other than Kemba(trading him for Butler is putting themselves in the exact same situation). And Batum?...Gordon is a way better offer than that. What do they have? I really dont think they have anything. Alright I think I'm done for now. Ive been on here way too much haha.
