    Emotional lesbian?

Thanks for confirming what I suspected.

Where did you get your J.D. from? How many years did you prosecute cases?

Morality? Ha! This is politics. You think Feinstein and the Dems were concerned about the victim when they buried this so they could have a "September Surprise"? The joke is on you, my naive friend.

Let's ask the only real prosecutor who has looked at this case, Rachel Mitchell.

Take a walk. Things aren’t that bad. Hyperfocusing on one issue in American politics isn’t healthy for anyone. American culture, society, and life is much bigger than federal politics and potential Supreme Court justices.

Neither can you, apparently. My comment was in response to your belief that one side has moral high ground over the other.

I'm thinking the FBI is going to find something to disqualify BK... just a hunch.

Well, we are. There will always be a picture hanging in the halls of the White House to remind us.... and he will likely have that picture photoshopped.

Unless the other six investigations were rubber stamps (not impossible), then they won't find anything. I think it's more likely an activist DA in Maryland brings charges.

I'm sure your law school taught you that appealing to authority is a terrible way to argue.

Do tell, what should be the standard?

I think the simplest explanation is ... a conspiracy lead by the Clintons ... using emails on a private server ... routed through Benghazi ... funded by the Clinton Socialist Charitable Foundation ... with a little help from Venezuela.

No, it is pretty shitty all around.

This is the worst it has been in a really long time when it comes to the quality and motivation of elected officials. I want to make it clear, I am not just blaming republicans because the democrats are pretty bad as well.

However on this issue, the republicans are worse..... you have a man that has been a accused of sexual assault attempts and rapes, and the Republicans didn't even interview or cross two of the alleged women and were going to shove a vote through.

All of this, from Feinstein to Graham is unacceptable and a disgrace.

Thank you for clarifying your position. I respect it, even if we don't agree 100%.

This not a Trump thing. This is Mitch McConnell thing. This is how he rolls on USSC nominations.

You may be wrong. Kavanaugh said to every question asked yesterday, "I am innocent."
