It's too bad all of the focus on Kavanaugh as a creepy purveyor of sexual violence detracts from the fact that he's a mediocre legal mind of little substantive achievement as well.

I’ve lost all hope in our govt at this point. Kavanaugh will 100% get confirmed now because he decided to go all in on Trumpism on live TV. The Bobby’s of this world that support this movement of indecency get off on this and the Susan Collins’ in the Senate are scared to death of his hard core voters.

But the Supreme Court will never be the same now. Kavanaugh is Trumps guy now and Trump owns him if he didn’t before.

You Trump fans do realize that the 60% aren’t going to go away right? The Dem party now out of the necessity will have to take drastic measures if they ever come into power again. That means increasing the number of SCOTUS seats.

I do have some sympathy for people like you though, the DNC poisoned your soul by feed you hope that they could steal the SCOTUS seat, now you are truly in despair. That said, blame them, not me.

You know the really sad part, you can bet a majority of Dems would still crucify Kavanaugh even if they knew they were false accusations.

They were interviewing one of Kavanaugh's high school friends who was mentioned in the calendar.

Interviewer broke to announce that Judge has agreed to a non-televised interview as part of an investigation.

Kavanaugh's friend (who was 100 percent supportive of Kavanaugh then said the strangest thing:

Judge doesn't remember 1982. He's in bad shape. We almost lost him the night of my wedding.

If he doesn't remember the entirety of 1982, he's not a very good witness for stating he doesn't remember the event in question.
