    The actual proof has been posted and linked several times yet you keep posting this drivel about federal crimes.

    if the reason was because of it being federal crime Bush would not had to sign off on it in the 1st place.

    You keep repeating this but it doesn't make it any more accurate. The only thing the FBI is limited to "federal crimes" is opening up their own criminal investigation. The FBI can investigate anything in a background check if they are directed to by the president.

    the proof that the FBI can investigate non federal crimes? love to see that proof.

    no they can't. president can order htem to investigate me right now and unless their is some federal crime they are investigating regarding me it would be breaking the law.

    One thing is abundantly clear, this guy has no business as the arbiter of anything more serious than a little league baseball game, and I'm not so sure about that.

    People with his judicial temperament and gravitas don't belong anywhere near the USSC.
