None of the six background checks caught the alleged sex crimes. Heck, none even seemed to catch his drinking problems. And now even his honesty is in question. I think they needed to do a seventh, don't you?

thats not my logic at all. or the FBI's. you suck at reading. They can do background checks on/for federal crimes . this isn't one.

Man, if this is how he is reacting to the layups how is he going to react when Kamala Harris gets her turn?

In his defense though, he really couldn't have done all that **** and still been the hardcore drinking party animal they are trying to paint him as.

    So let’s get this straight.

If the fbi did a background check on him and saw that someone accused him of murder they couldn’t gather any facts on it?

This guy is a horrible witness.

I mean I'm as inclined to believe him as her, still, but good god, what a difference in witnesses.

We've all been in high school man. How hard is it to say whether or not your yearbook quotes are true or not, and reflect your character or not?

It’s interesting though how hard he dodged whether he was the drunk referenced my mark judge

they can pass it off to local police. They cant check into an accusation of a non-federal crime. thats what this is.

    thats their position.

Lmao I fully expect her to grandstand the entire 5 minutes. She'll be able to make dozens of 2020 campaign commercials from this hearing.

That's not really a question that can be answered by him though is it? He can say that it didn't happen, but can he say that he's not the basis for the character that someone else wrote?

You're mistaking her for what Booker would do. Not all light skinned black people look a like or act alike.

And where do you get they are limited to "looking into" federal crimes? If the FBI discovered a candidate shot someone they would ignore that?

that the FBI can investigate a non-federal crime? this is pretty damn basic. The local police would do it.

pass it off to local police. FBI doesn't investigate local crimes.

That is a hard question to answer. Of course, it appears that Mark Judge was making a reference to Kavanaugh. Why didn't they just ask him if he vomited in a car? Otherwise, asking him to state whether Judge was referring to him generally is an unfair question.
