Judge should have been subpoena for the hearing. ****er says he doesn't remember being there. Put him under oath and see if that refreshes his recollection.

 

Why would it? Literally no one thinks he was there besides Ford. Also, he's already given a sworn statement, if there was any way to disprove it, he'd already be in trouble. In fact, EVERYONE allegedly there has written sworn statements saying it didn't happen.

I am not sure what your profession is. Are you with FBI, or do you have inside knowledge on how FBI work?
Anyway, it would be much convincing that FBI conclude there is no evidence.... or are FBI too capable to be allowed to find evidence? who knows.

From my personal experience with real FBI agents, I would never predict they could not find anything for such a general case or predict the angles they would go in.

 

If there was anything for the FBI to go on, that would be different, but they have an allegation that is not corroborated by anyone, no clue when it happened, where it happened, and everyone allegedly there denies it. Such a baseless allegation simply cannot be investigated. You can get statements from everyone allegedly involved and then it's over.....which is already what they have.

Trumps defense when his accusers came forward was his accusers looked ugly, no way he could have assaulted them and America accepted it.

 

Honestly though, I'm not sure when she's gonna get around to asking about the fact that her statement hasn't been corroborated by anyone and that it's actually been debunked by them.

My opinion is that Kavanaugh

Sworn affidavits are not better substitute for live testimony to assess credibility. As you one of the alleged three people in that room, Judge should have been subpoena.

Imo, Kavanaugh is dead man walking. People don't have to believe in her 100% since this is not a criminal trial. Politically, all she needs is to raise suspicion irt to Kavanaugh's claims that he is not a perv.

Dr. Ford is not exactly your toothless 2-cent hooker making these allegations.

Yes, it's a circus. Yes, there are terrible aspects. But I prefer a country where citizens at least get to watch some of what really goes on. Cheers.

 

I've never been to a party where there was only 5 other people there where I would say after the fact that I never met any of those people. When literally everyone that could corroborate a story denies it....you'd have to just REALLY want to believe the story to do the mental gymnastics required to believe it.

If she was a toothless 2-cent hooker making these allegations with any kind of evidence to support her claims or some kind of corroboration then the story would be infinitely more credible.

 

I hope the Judge has taken notes of all these obstructionists and who they represent.

So far what we've established thus far is that Ford is willing to lie or at a minimum exaggerate in order to manipulate this process and that her memory only works when it comes to accusing Kavanaugh, there's nothing else in her life that she remembers with certainty.

 

LOL! if Dr. Ford was even a little bit disheveled, they would have confirmed Kavanaugh during the lunch break.

 

If she had literally any evidence or corroboration, there would be a criminal investigation taking place right now and his nomination would be instantly withdrawn.

Actually being able to provide evidence or corroboration of your story is more important than what you look like.
