This POTUS calling anyone a low-life -- too good! Literally laughing until crying at that one. :D

And actually agree with Grassley on this: "but really what’s important here isn’t the lawyer ... [it’s] the woman who says she’s been harmed."

Yet with these revelations, your posts and post count have become frantic on a political subforum of a basketball forum... who's panicking now?

It's just a natural reaction to the absolute ridiculous nonsense going on. We've got Alex Jones level conspiracy theory BS being pushed as mainstream news. That's a thing that is actually happening right now. I mean, it's by far the biggest issue of the day and it has officially gone full r****d. How are people supposed to react to that?

I take the accusation seriously. But it does raise some questions:

    1. If she learned of the purposeful drugging of girls at these parties in '81 or '82 for purposes of taking advantage of them or gang raping them, why was she still attending the parties in '83?
    2. If she knew that women were being targeted for gang rape, how did she find herself in the position of being gang raped in '82 (she may have avoided the punch and someone slipped her something)?
    3. After being gang raped in approximately '82, why was she still attending these house parties in '83?

None of this means her accusation is false. And I don't mean to come off as blaming the victim if her statements are true.

But, if true, it seems a large number of people, men and women, were engaged in criminal activity or turned a blind eye to it to allow repeated gang rapes to take place over years.

Avenatti is Trump's Twitter nemesis - not in terms of an arch rival but in terms of being the agent of richly deserved retribution.

He's as shameless a manipulator, loves the slime, and is way smarter and in full possession of his mental faculties. It's a real mismatch.

When watching this uneven twitter war, I honestly picture a 5-yr-old Samuel Fisher picking on the dumb chubby kid in kindergarten with cruel but clever taunts. LOL.

The fact that I read your post and I cant figure out which of the people the Supreme Court nominee is accused of sexually assaulting that you're talking about is indicative of why this nomination should fail.

Okay, all of these "false allegations" are getting to be too much. They are all politically motivated.

Surely the Republicans want to put an end to them. Surely they would want to have an investigation by the FBI, subpoena people named as witnesses and/or participants in order to finally get to the bottom of it, and charge the women making these "false claims" with crimes.

Yet, the Republicans are blocking any avenue of actual investigation. Why?

Yeah, your points are valid, that's why the DNC can't be happy with this amateur screwing up their smear campaign by trying to join in with this over the top garbage. If you look at the other 2 false allegations, there's very few people who could even potentially corroborate those claims and an excuse for why no one would remember. With this over the top BS, you would have literally dozens of people who were involved, maybe hundreds that could corroborate, and maybe dozens of victims.....and that makes it all the worse when there's no first hand corroboration and no evidence.

It's why you don't let rookies get in on a targeted smear campaign.

You can just put an end to them by confirming Kavanaugh....also if there was ANY evidence that any of the claims were credible, there would be a criminal investigation into the matters.....but of course there won't be and you know that. The ONLY way there's an investigation is if the president forces the FBI to investigate because no level of law enforcement would ever waste their time on such baseless BS.

Given the post dealt with alleged spiking or drugging of drinks and gang rape, I think it is pretty clear that it deals with the third accuser.

If your point is that there are now multiple accusers, point taken. I understand that at a certain point (in any context, not just SC nominations) the number of accusations by itself has some weight.

Kavanaugh shouldn't have said he was a virginal choir boy. America likes a scumbag.

For the most part, trump's opponents have "taken the high road" while trump makes his points hitting low. Avenatti shows no hesitance to get down and dirty with trump.

Maybe they should wait for the midterms for America to decide whether Kavanaugh should be confirmed...

We didn't appoint him because he was a choir boy. We appointed him to fix what was broken. Not enough lies in the justice system.

Exactly. If Kavanaugh would have admitted he was an ******* in High School and College I think he would have been confirmed already and Trump and the republicans could continue to corrupt the justice system.
