    5. D 'leaked' a private accusation and now the whole world knows. Kavanaugh is guilty. Not only should we remove him from nomination, we should forgo any trial and execute him.

The fact that you think its Kavanaughs responsibility to prove its a case of mistaken identity is truly frightening. The presumption of innocence has been a common theme since the beginning of written history. Anyone who believes its an individuals responsibility to prove their innocence is a serious danger to society.

Its he said, he said, he said, she said vs she said.

Also Ford as been given every opportunity imaginable to say her story. She's silencing herself on purpose in regards to testifying.

Why would anyone care if he drank alot in college? Also you can't see someone blackout drunk. Memory isnt visible. Seeing someone drunk or passed out doesn't mean they blacked out. He even said he drank and went to parties. He never called himself a choir boy. Just a bunch of strawmen by the lefties.

They might not care about that. But they would care about it if he knowingly lied to Congress. If he felt it was important enough to lie about, then he obviously cared about it. So then that comes back to your original question. Why would he care if he drank a lot in college? Why would he feel the need to lie about it?

    A thought experiment ...

Someone who says they know that they never drank so much that they blacked out could not not possibly know this.

Sure they could. I can recall in the morning if I have huge gaps in my memory. You can't, but I can. Saying 'I saw him passed out' doesnt mean he has gaps in his memory.

Blacked out drunk would be your friends in the morning saying 'you dont remember streaking down the hallway?' . Or the terrifying event of waking up and not remembering how you managed to drive home.

So far we know that his statement about being involved in the Judge Pryor's nomination was false. We know that his statement about Miranda and stolen emails was false.

We know that he did not tell the whole truth when Republican Kennedy asked him if he ever got in trouble during high school.

We know those things so far. We know that he lied during the FOX news interview. He has a long list of lying and dishonesty.

Now that the 4 corroboraters have come forward we can finally pinpoint when and where this happened, right?

    Wtf is the crap.

The judge Pryor stuff is nonsense which is why Democrats are ignoring it. Garland will dismiss it.

And what trouble are you claiming he go into at high school?

It's a normal human power everyone has. Lots of people go to the doctor when they have gaps in their memory. Athletes often use memory gaps as a sign of dehydration . If they cant remember the last few plays/points then they drink tons of water.

Underage drinking in high school at the very least.

The Judge Pryor stuff was him lying to Congress. You can call it BS if you want, but he lied. There are documents that prove that he did.

This isn't a case it doesn't have the evidence required to be taken seriously enough for an investigation, this is just doing a bit of diligence so they can say they did it. For whatever reason you seem to think that the baseless claims are more legitimate than there is any reason to believe they are and I think that taints your perspective. You assume the allegations are true when your assumption should be the opposite.

It wasn't an official one is what I'm saying.....and even then, when a polygraph you paid some random guy for is literally the only thing you have, you don't have anything.

    This is a job interview
Background checks and drug test are an american standard now
Why should this guy be any different

This is not a rubber stamp process
HE could legit do every thing right and not get the job
IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY TO POOR AMERICANS
    why should he be exempt?
