Now we have FOUR SWORN CORROBORATIONS
    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...corroborate-sexual-assault-claims/1429270002/

    1. Husband, was informed of assualt before marriage, and identifed Kavanaugh in 2012
    2. Told Friend in 2013 that was assaulted by a current federal judge
    3. Another person was told in 2016 that was assaulted by a current federal judge and confirmed was Kavanaugh in June 2018. Exchange documented in email.
    4. Final person was told in 2017 and was said to be a federal judge

If the email exchange is verified, then it , at minimum, proves that she is truly convinced that she was assaulted by Kavanugh. It will then be up to Kavanugh to prove its a case of mistaken identity.

That isn't an investigation. Nobody conducts an investigation where they simply allow named witnesses/participants to simply submit a written statement with the help of their lawyer. That never happens in a credible investigation. The person gives a statement and then is brought in and actually questioned. Investigators don't look at people's written statements and just say, "Well they've already said every single thing that could help us solve or not solve this case. Look at that statement! We don't need to ask any questions."

Cases would never be solved if that was case.
It was done by an FBI polygraph expert. They are frequently part of investigations. I would never suggest that it be used in a court of law. But polygraphs are often used by law enforcement as part of their investigations.

This is a lie. You have zero corroborations. What you have is 4 people confirming she told them back in 2012 and later.

Word on the street is that George Soros owns a time machine and went back in time to 2012 and bought Ford's false allegations. Soros!

He should of used the time machine to go back to when the assault occured so we can have a corroborating witness. Unfortunately nobody knows when that was or where......

I try really hard to not reply to The Troll but ...

If the FBI started an investigation last week when the Senate Republicans started negotiating with Ford to testify, they would be done by now.

interesting essay from a female perspective on potential problems with Ford's anticipated testimony on Thursday. I found this section particularly compelling:

"Then there’s the reality of being a 15-year-old girl in the 1980s: Two sophomore girls invited to a party with three senior boys would remember it, especially when one of the boys was a varsity football player and captain of the basketball team, and, as we said at the time, 'a stud.' Even if Keyser did not remember the party, given the reality of life as a teen in 1982, she would very likely have remembered meeting Kavanaugh.

"Further, while Ford’s attorneys put the night down as 'unremarkable' to Keyser because 'nothing of consequence happened to her,' that is not true! If Ford’s story is true, she was ditched by Ford and left alone with three boys, two of whom were extremely intoxicated and, per Ford’s story, had attempted to rape Ford. Think of the normal reaction to these developments: 'Hey, where’s Chrissy?' 'What do you mean, she left? What happened? Great, now how am I going to get home?' That’s definitely a memorable experience.

"Then what about the next day? Is anyone really expected to believe that Keyser wouldn’t ask her friend, 'Hey, what happened last night that you ditched me?' But no, according to Ford, they never discussed the party. This scenario is unbelievable. And that is before you even get to Kavanaugh’s testimony."
I understand that this essay appears on the widely-loathed Federalist website, but that makes it all the more likely that folks here are unlikely to encounter it otherwise.

Funny that (1) kavanaugh created a calendar as a student and even funnier that he kept it all these years (honestly, how many of you would do either?). And that it was introduced as proof... as if kavanaugh would have entered "sexually assault someone".

That said, there is an entry that should be asked about...

What evidence should he provide to counter a 35 yr old claim with no date or location?

He can present anything he wants. But again, odd he would have created one as student (I certainly didn't, but I didn't plan ahead I guess), and odd he kept them from that long ago. Did you?

And... thoughts on the July 1 entry in question?

I wasnt a student in the 80s. I do have a digital calendar now and from the looks of it, he had tons of appointments so probably was needed for him.

What should I think about the July 1st entry? Ask away. He's willing to testify.

What political narrative will you shape your answer around?

If they proved he like to drink to excess in HS/Yale, they proved that he knowingly lied to Congress. No BFD, right?

I think tallanvor has no problem with a supreme court justice who is a proven liar. After all, he supports a president and administration that continually lies. Me, I'd want someone given a lifetime role on the highest court in the land, ruling on the most important legal cases that will impact many for years, to be honest. tallanvor doesn't it appears...

What a horrible person, thanks for posting yet another reminder that it's not just Trump and his syncophants, or even Rapey Brett, the entire GOP and its best and brightest are rotten to the core of their damaged souls.
