Cruz is an ******* that no one likes in the Senate, not even the Republicans. He is a "lion" with permanent laryngitis.

I'd suggest a garden hoe and some reading on the proper identification of venomous snakes. If not venomous, leave alone. A "rifle with scatter shot" is about the worst possible most nonsensical solution, even for firearms. The word you were looking for was shotgun. Shotgun.

Gee. I didn't know that being a nice guy or being liked by establishment politicians was a requirement to be an effective legislator.

Obama tried repeatedly to infringe upon our 2nd Amendment rights, but lacked the will of the people and lacked the political skills to get legislation passed. He frequently cites the "Australian Model" as a path to follow...which in fact was gun confiscation. But nice try.

    GOOD DAY

Actually, I think being part of a legislative body does benefit from being liked... at least not disliked or in cruz's case, hated. Other than threatening to shut down the government, has cruz done anything of note, passed any significant bills? Heck, on the days he actually shows up, that is...

couldnt find anything about beto saying rifle cartidges or hunting are evil. do you have a link?

here is his postition on gun control in case you missed it...
    https://betofortexas.com/issue/gun-safety/

betos position on the 2nd amendment and gun control is actually more in line with most americans than ted cruz, who is totally bought and paid for by the NRA, which at this point can only be called an extremist organization.

90% of americans want universal background checks.
2/3rds of americans want a ban on the sale of assualt weapons.
the majority of americans are against arming teachers (including the majority of teachers).
the majority of americans want the gun show loophole closed.
75% of americans favor a ban on bump stocks.
80% of americans want to raise the age to purchse guns to 21.

ted cruz and his NRA masters are on the wrong side of all these issues.

the NRA attacked the children who survived the parkland shooting. in the wake of the shooting NRA leader wayne lapierre says that people who want reasonable gun control measures are "socialists" who want to "eradicate all individual freedoms." he said “as usual, the opportunists wasted not one second to exploit tragedy for political gain.” the NRA spends million buying off our politicians, but people who want reasonable gun control are "opportunists".

NRA spokesperson dana loesch said ""Many in legacy media love mass shootings. You guys love it. I'm not saying that you love the tragedy, but I am saying that you love the ratings. Crying white mothers are ratings gold to you and many of the legacy media in the back."

these are extremist and very ugly comments coming from the freaking leadership of the NRA. anyone who makes comments like this in the wake of a school shooting is an extremist and a human piece of garbage. i dont know how anybody could be part of an organization whose leaders make comments like this.

again, lyin' ted cruz and the extremist NRA are on the wrong side...betos positions on gun control is clearly more in line with the majority of americans.

the NRA's position is totally bought and paid for by people like me, and Ted Cruz's position was on court record long before he ever received a cent from the NRA. So at this point it is easily determined you are just flat out lying as your position is too weak to deal with the actual circumstances.

If you want to talk about the candidates position you should be aware when your favorite one throws all high velocity cartridges in the trash in his first debate. Try listening.

Non-partisan question: Is anyone else getting text messages (with correct first name) supposedly from each campaign identifying themselves as working for one or the other and asking which candidate you are going to vote for?

Can't be a poll. Is this some sort of scam?

how can you give money to an organization whose leadership says the things that lapierre and loesch say? they are extremists. and what am i lying about exactly?

ive read their positions which is why i pointed out that beto is much more in line with the majority of americans than lyin' ted and the extremist NRA.

The NRA leadership gives far more ground on my civil rights than I am comfortable with. I prefer a no compromises stance but they are the largest organization and most effective organization to represent my views in the government. The obvious lie is about Ted Cruz.

If you have listened, let me know what O'Rourke said about rifle and high velocity cartridges after his research with a doctor. I would also like to know at what FPS he would like to ban the sell of.

LOL, so worried about the intricacies of a gun and not about any other issues, absolutely stupid.

Saying someone who has a different interests to you is stupid is absolutely stupid. CCord said he planned to vote for O'Rourke because he was in a band. I fully support that because I trust the electorate as I am a democrat. I realize you would prefer it if everyone made decisions in the exact same way you make them, but the world is diverse.

Do u really think thats the only reason hes voting for Beto?

I care that you only care about one view and are willing to throw everything else down the toilet for that one view, its ridiculous. Its not smart, it shows a total lack of reflection.

He specifically said that. Unlike me where I have just been discussing one issue. And yet you extrapolated that with less evidence.

why dont you tell me since you already seem to know?

better yet, please point me to it...
here are the results of my google search "O'Rourke high velocity cartridges". i found nothing about him commenting on them.

You said cruz's postion was bought and paid for. I said he is on court record with his positions before getting any money from them. That makes your statement a complete and obvious fabrication.

Learn to link? I guess now your are saying he never mentioned high velocity?
