Grassley Threatens Monday Kavanaugh Vote if Ford Does Not Testify

Based on the Ricki Seidman audio from the strategy conference call to stop Kavanaugh I'm guessing it was leaked by someone in the Democratic party or her lawyers (who both might as well be a part of the Democratic party) to the Intercept.   • only to be contradicted by Prof Ford, who had been a friend to the falsely accused, and had visited him when he was hospitalized

Max Boot also cited a WaPo reported that it was Weyland who, last week, leaked the identity of BK's accuser, which prompted Sen Feinstein to forward Prof Ford's letter to the FBI

The next nominee will be Amy Coney Barrett
Someone (preferably someones) will say they heard Barrett using racial/homophobic slurs (the rape smear won't work with a female nominee)
This time the time and place will be corroborated, so media can report on how credible the charges are.

If I was sexually assaulted I would want to make sure that I got a fair hearing and not have a body with different agendas questioning me without any law enforcement investigation their to provide a framework for the questions.

That is especially true when you have men saying they believe the one party in the case that has been shown to be dishonest under oath to be straightforward and honest while accusing me of being mixed up.

I would issue whatever demands I could to ensure that didn't happen.

 

Apparently Chuck Grassley has given her yet another extension to make her mind up about if she's going to show up Monday or not.
