    If he did secretly record Trump in the oval office, that would be grounds for Rosenstein's termination right there.

    Makes me wonder what and why he recorded if he did. If the situation is so bad what is on those tapes? If the tapes show Trump is unfit then trump too should be terminated whether 25th admendment or impeached.

    This feels like a leak by team Trump designed to give them cover to fire Rosenstein, appoint a new deputy AG and fire Mueller.

    Plausible but if it is true then the tapes must be damning. Either way this does not look good for Trump.

    I don't see anything in the story to suggest that he actually taped President Trump.

    If he tries to fire Rosenstein using this story as an excuse. We deserve to hear those tapes. If this is fabrication by Trump then this will back fire even more so. Either way This will not look good for trump

    All of a sudden........ there is a leak that Rod Rosenstein wanted to ice the President and record Trump....

    Interesting that this magically appeared, and Rosenstein has denied the accusation.

    It is interesting, because this leak helps Trump with his base as they can claim that everyone around him (including Republican Rosenstein) is out to stop Trump from doing what he was elected to do.

    Also, Rosenstein's denial is interesting....... he doesn't say where he thinks the leak came from, but says it is from someone trying to defile the FBI. Well, that wouldn't be Donald Trump, would it? Was it an angry and vengeful McCabe that made it up?

    The last option is the most concerning........ is Donald Trump REALLY so unstable and dangerous, that his own are trying to neutralize him at all costs, including the 25th Amendment?

    I find this situation very concerning either way......... I do not think that those around the President, in positions of power should take it upon themselves to set the President up, undermine him or what he is doing...... BUT I also think it is every bit as likely that Donald Trump is just a dangerous monster, and that is why we have seen the secret memo's leaked, the "confession" from someone inside the Trump administration, the obvious concern of the former FBI director.

    This is just a nasty time in America and I do not think that anyone long term is going to look back on the Trump years as good for the country. It has brought the worst out of us as a nation.
