Lisa Banks is a liar, liar, pants on white-hot thermonuclear fire. Of course that is apparently what makes someone a good Democrat these days.

Come on, the rest of you lefties. Laugh and cheer for this liar. After all, birds of a feather, flock together.

What you mean to say is that credibility is subjective, and that is true. That said, I think when you don't factor in those who would think something is credible no matter what due to bias and don't factor those in who would think something is not credible no matter what due to bias, you can get a decent picture of what an allegation would need in order to be viewed as credible and IMO that would be an accusation with a solid foundation with supporting evidence. An allegation with no details that can be confirmed that is outright denied by everyone allegedly present with no evidence whatsoever to support it made against someone who has never been accused of anything similar that has dozens of character witnesses isn't likely to be viewed as credible by unbiased people.

There's simply no case for Ford's claim being credible which doesn't say that it can't be accurate, it's just not enough to go on by itself.

I'm convinced. the junior senator from New York has figured it out. so, guess it's time to shut it down.

I wouldn't be surprised if they tried something like that, but that's the reason why they set a sold deadline of Friday at 10AM for her to confirm that she is willing to testify on Monday. If she doesn't do it by then, her stalling tactics should be ignored.

Looks like a hail mary attempt by an independent Governor with a negative approval rating who is down 7 or 8 points to Republican Mike Dunleavy in the upcoming race. He's probably hoping to get some of Democrat Mark Begich's support heading his way.

Poll: More Americans oppose Kavanaugh confirmation than support it
Brett Kavanaugh is first Supreme Court nominee below water in the history of the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

Uh, there was visual evidence of Franken sexually assaulting a sleeping Tweeden, but even then, there were multiple women that came forward stating that Franken would grab their ass when taking pictures.

Then you have Ford and Kavanaugh.
There is no physical evidence of the encounter.
There are multiple versions of Ford's story, and the accuser can't even name an accurate who, when, and where.
The only other person who supported her claims, posted a cryptic message on FB, only to be contacted by the Senate Committee, where in she deleted the post and completely backtracked her claim, likely because she would have perjured herself in open testimony before the committee. Which contradicted several of the accuser's claims of the event.
3 people have issued statements under penalty of felony, none of which is the accuser, all deny the party ever happened. The Democrats refused to participate with the interviews and ask any questions.

The accuser is a democratic operative, who has given money to multiple democratic causes and candidates.
The 1st time she even mentions this to anyone is in therapy, after Kavanaugh's name has been linked to then candidate Romney as a potential replacement to the SCOTUS and the potential he could overturn Roe v. Wade.
She claims she never wanted to pursue the allegations, but as soon as Kavanaugh's name was mentioned as being one of the final 5 for this appointment, she sent a letter to her Congressmen who then forwarded it to Feinstein in July.
During the past few months, despite her claims she wanted to remain anonymous, she called the Washington Post tip line to tell her story, took a polygraph, and lawyered up. All things people who want to stay anonymous do.
She said she would eagerly show to testify before the committee, then when it was scheduled, she backed out.
She has called for a FBI investigation, despite this not being their purview, and with little information available, how would the investigation even proceed.
Her lawyers were to take part in a fundraiser for a Democratic Wisconsin Senator at their law firm, until they were recently confronted by it, and have since cancelled the fundraiser.
Feinstein has yet to release the unredacted letter to the rest of the Judiciary committee, since there are no more concerns of confidentiality.
Feinstein when presented with this "credible" allegation, sat on it for months instead of questioning Kavanaugh about it in either a public, private, or written testimony.

Anyone with a brain can see this as the bullshit it is, which is why the latest Huffpost poll have Independents at a -6 in terms of credibility.

... and this guy tries to build a detailed defense for kavanaugh by trying to pin it on a friend of kavanaugh (and Judges) that happened to look sorta like kavanaugh.

I'm not projecting, I'm just not dumb enough to think that McConnell would have stuck to a 60 vote threshold and let the Democrats block Gorsuch's nomination after sitting on Obama's SC nominee and holding out until the election 2 years ago. Do you think he would have? Please say yes so I can have a good laugh.

We'll never know what McConnell would have done had Reid not changed the chamber rules. You can project all you want, and the tears are ****ing hilarious.

Republicans need to start hiring an investigator for every single Democrat candidate. If you look hard enough you'll find something. Play dirty like Democrats.

Hate to break it to you. They've been doing it for decades. Ever heard of The Watergate Hotel? DEMS are the ones playing catch up. At least nobody's B&E'd here, as far as I can tell.

There is something a little poetic about Kavanaugh getting done like Kavanaugh helped do Slick Willie. Live by the sword, and all that.

Telling... the further and escalated dismantling of legitimate and responsible functioning of government is a "hilarious" and "liberal tears". But cool... like everything else, government tends to be a pendulum. It will swing back...
