How about this deal, they can have any combination of our assets that works out financially outside of our top 6.
Thanks. I didn't have it saved locally and had actually forgotten it existed, so I'm glad you posted it. Never would have guessed it's been 4 years.

100% correct. if you lose Gordon , Tucker , etc. its a parallel move at best. What is important we keep the core of Harden, CP, Clint, Gordon, Tucker. Gordon S P R E A D S the floor for CP and harden to operate with his dead eye shooting. Tucker brings in the toughness that other than CP everyone on this team lacks. Those pieces HAVE to be kept and then improvements needs to be made in ADDITION to them. Melo is not even worth mentioning. He is maybe a slightly better version of last year's joe johnson. He is going to be a net negative against the Warriors in the playoffs. Unplayable.
I do agree, you can't be upset if you are getting Jimmy Buckets back.... but, we were in the series with the warriors last year largely due to defense. Tuck is the leader defensively. it would be a big loss.
He's Beard's closest friend on the team and goes way back with CP, so I can't imagine they'd be okay with it either. There are ways to get it done without including him.
That's pretty damn impressive! I still don't want to include Friar Tuck in a deal, though. Work your magic, Daryl.
Kudos to Jimmy being 2nd Team All-Defense, but even if EG or PJ didn't get any accolades, they are 2 solid defenders that helped our squad last year. So even if we swap EG for Jimmy, we will still lose a valuable defensive player at the bargain value we signed PJ (8 mil a year through 2020/2021). Timberbulls will win the trade.
