To my knowledge, almost everyone has accepted that Trump won.

And she very well might be mixed up.

Kavanaugh states that he was not there at the party. If Ford cannot clearly establish that Kavanaugh was even at the party in question, then that is likely to end this thing.

 

What I know is that is crap for Hatch to call her mixed up because he believes Kavanaugh is honest and straightforward. How does he know this woman isn't honest and straightforward? Not a good move from Hatch.

 

It is up to the accuser to establish that her accusation is legitimate 35 years after the fact. If they were both there, then at least it is not physically impossible for her to have been treated this way by him.

But Kavanaugh says he was not there.

So now she is going to have to establish she remembers what date and where the party occurred. If she cannot recall, then her other supposed recollections are not going to be very credible either.

So, the starting point is for her to answer these two questions:

Date of Party: _______
Location of Party:_________

And then she is going to have to provide evidence that Kavanaugh was there.

 

Kavanaugh was stumbling drunk at the time. His recollection of the events might very well be clouded by the fog of alcohol.

If Kavanaugh is so sure of himself, let him take a lie detector test. He won't of course, since he is lying out his ass.

 

Trump won and Hillary conceded. I'm sure that the liberal screaming at the sky in the GIF that you post once a week hasn't gotten over it but most of us have moved on with our lives.

 

Really? At what time? When was this that he was stumbling drunk? What day? What year? And where did this alleged party supposedly take place?

This just gets sleazier and more unbelievable by the minute.

 

This should be pretty straight forward for this sort of an accusation of this type. She actually needs to establish that she was there. And if she can also establish that he was there after he has said he wasn't there, that would be a devastating blow to Kavanaugh.

But if she cannot even establish that she was there, or that there even was such a party, then that is likely to be equally devastating for her.

 

I'm not saying Kavanaugh has been proven guilty. I'm saying it's wrong to accuse the potential victim of being mixed up and stating how honest and straightforward you believe the person to be who might have committed sexual assault.

Better to not show that kind of bias until the facts are revealed in the case.

Well she is going to have to establish solid evidence to support the "facts" that she is presenting, because it is not clear at this point that any such party even occurred.

 

Guys don't worry, I'm sure once audio comes out of Kavanaugh bragging about committing sexual assault that the Republicans will do the right thing and withdraw their support, just like they did with Trump.

 

Neither of us know what happened or did not happen.

Neither Kavanaugh nor Ford can prove their story. This will be a he-said, she-said.

Now Ford has taken and passed a lie detector test, which Kavanaugh will likely not do. It is not out of the realm of possibilities that they both can pass a lie detector; it would be down to memories at that point.

We do know that Kavanaugh has lied during this and prior confirmations. Lying about criminal behavior should be a no-doubt disqualification.

We will see.

BTW saying that "you non-conservation people" are liers is funny, given who our President is.

 

The problem is that Hatch who has never met the woman is stating before hearing her that he doesn't believe her. You don't do that to someone who may have had sexual assault committed against them and has passed an FBI polygraph test.

 

She first has to prove that she was a teenager.

 

Her passing a “lie detector” is sketchy and who administered this lie detector? Isn’t she a professor of Psychology or something? She is probably privy on how to best pass a lie detector wouldn’t ya think? Didn’t she state earlier it was four anonymous men? This whole scam is a last ditched effort by the Dems because they have nothing left but lie and deface. This is my Spartacus moment.
