DCEU needs to create the Zero Hour storyline and reset everything. I don't understand how they could screw up Doomsday and the Death of Superman.
This. As corny as bringing back Lois Lane by flying around the world and spinning it in the opposite direction was, this scene is one of my favorites. As strong, as fast, as intelligent as Superman was he looked so weak and helpless in that moment. I think Reeves portrayed that perfectly in this one scene.

They're never going to have a successful Superman movie until they get a good writer and build a proper storyline for him. Superman is so ridiculously overpowered, the best conflict in a Superman movie is a personal one. A moral one. Just having bigger punches and taller buildings to throw people through doesn't accomplish anything. I love Superman, but I have no faith anymore that DC is capable of doing him justice on the big screen.
Heard Cavall was an ******* irl. He did refuse to juice up because he didnt want word to get out that an actor playing superman cheated his way to getting his body. I thought he could’ve been a great Superman if Snyder lightened him up Those Deadpool moments were cringe inducing, but hey, it was funny 20 years ago.

If Michael B. Jordan is gonna be in DC, he’d best be suited as John Stewart in some Green Lantern movie. I’d be interested in seeing that, but knowing DC, they’d just fck it up. Green Lantern was 1 of my favorite superheroes growing up.
The best part of the Mike B Rumor is the nerds crying he could be VON-EL but i doubt they do that though they have like 8 joker movies. Rocket River
Cavill was OK, but he was no reeves. He got swole, but I don't think he is a great actor. Reeves was able to go from superman to Clark Kent like that. Also superman is supposed to be bright cheerful not the dark Zack Snyder version.
Yeah, stupid DC fans hoping that the company will learn from past failures and not continue to be a joke so that one day they'll get some good movies like Marvel fans have had for over a decade now. Nerds.
That was all Zack Snyder's doing. He only acted that style because he was told to, not because he can't. If you've seen him in other movies you know he has all the personality you need. He is really a perfect Superman, it was just utter trash direction by a man who wanted an emo character. Emo Batman, emo Superman, emo Lex Luthor, emo Cyborg...just emo everywhere.
Hamm was my pick back when they decided to go with Affleck. Wouldn't fit the "young" Batman Reeves wants.
