She asked a specific question about if he had a conversation with one of potentially 450+ people, nearly all of which he doesn't know the identity of, at any point ever....

That's not a question that can be answered with any degree of certainty unless you happen to remember a specific instance with someone you know works there.

 

That's weird. That's not interesting to me. What interests me is the question Kamala Harris asked about Brett Kavanaugh's conversation with someone at Kasowitz Benson & Torres about Robert Mueller. There will be more (written) questions about this topic next week, apparently. I will be interested in both the questions and the answers.

 

If she had asked a specific question about a specific person, it might have been interesting, but she didn't do that. She asked a question about a potential conversation with potentially hundreds of unknown people. Now that was either her looking for a "gotcha" moment and blundering it or it was just her trying to make something out of nothing. If she actually had something, she'd have asked about a specific person or set of people. She came off looking pretty foolish, just like the protesters in the room.

As far as we know, there was no conversation, so how could a question about a conversation with random people that probably didn't take place be interesting?

 

Bobby, you're saying the same thing over and over. If you don't care about the question, fine, but why do you keep replying to me about it? Because you do care, probably as much as me (which is a reasonable amount when compared to similar issues). According to the Politico article I read, there will be written questions sent to Kavanaugh next week which will further deal with this matter. We'll find out more soon.

 

I keep saying the same thing over and over because you keep suggesting there was something interesting about a senator asking a poorly phrased question and it just doesn't make much sense. I mean, maybe there could be something interesting in future questioning if they are phrased better to where they can be answered, but as of now, it was just a senator kind of looking foolish and then protesters looking incredibly foolish. Not much to see really.

That eight-minute CSPAN clip has three million views. I didn't post it here asking for your opinion, but I had five unanswered alerts on here from you wanting to discuss it. Be real. People that find it uninteresting or useless don't go out of their* way, multiple times, to exclaim that. They just keep scrolling by, looking for something that does interest them.

Just say something like "I'm not sure where Harris is going with this. I'm very skeptical she has the goods, but interested to see if she does or is caught bluffing." Enough with you feigning disinterest. It's tedious.

I was merely asking you why you thought it was interesting. If someone posts a video of a crazy guy at a bus stop screaming at a cat and says that it is interesting, I'd ask them the same thing....no matter how many views the video has.

 

Just goes with what I was saying earlier about how our friends on the left are so triggered these days that they can't be trusted to hold any position. People like this are controlled by their emotions and as such aren't fit to hold ANY office or have ANY level of security clearance.

 

Sadly, I agree with you. My friends on the very devoted left are just, in this case, providing great fuel to the GOP for the 2018 election cycle. "Look at those looney, disruptive liberals." Same sort of BS in the summer of 1968 clearly affected the 1968 election, but I digress.

 

I have low regard for disruptors/hecklers of all stripes. They are trying to attract unearned attention, to take ownership of others' time without asking.

This is especially true today when there is no barrier to getting your message out with the Internet (historically that may have not been the case and such actions may have been justified).
