I agree with Osuna's comments. We, as a society, have adopted a guilty until proven innocent mentality and it's pretty sad. This guy hasn't been proven guilty of anything yet, the MLB investigation is not proof of guilt, and until the legal system runs its course I will reserve judgement. Unless I've missed it I'm not aware of ANY information on the situation that occurred. It could literally be that she attacked him and he pushed her back, or it could be something like the Astro's minor league player that was caught on camera in the stairwell. Those two example are at opposite ends of the spectrum and I don't think they should be viewed the same. So, let the legal system run its course and then pass judgement based on whatever facts we have at that time.
Let me start off by saying that yes, he could actually be guilty, and in which case we move on from him, which I still feel like Lunhow knows something... he just doesn’t seem like the GM that would take that kind of risk that could possibly mess with the clubhouse. That being said -if- he’s innocent, and it never actually took place... I wonder how many opening segments on sports shows would start with “Osuna is innocent.” They had no problem with bashing him, and bashing our organization (with out any evidence other than he was charged.). I guess time will tell when this finally comes to light.
Sept 19 is the new date for the resumption. Why doesn't his lawyer try to get a settlement with the woman? Anyway our bullpen can be augmented with McCullers, Framber, James for the postseason if for some reason Osuna is a no-go.

You know how he feels about trading prospects and etc. He holds them with higher than real value. He wouldn't have dumped Paulino and Perez if he didn't know the real story.

Addison's Russell's ex wife comments are pretty severe. Stated there was physical abuse but elaborated more on the emotional side (for which he won't be penalized). Will be interesting to see if he gets any kind of suspensions based on a female account as opposed to a police report with pictures. Most likely sit out a few games with an MLB "talk".
