Winning 7 out of last 10 sounds better than losing 3 out of 4. Maybe Marisnick and Tucker can light a spark. No Astros don't have 93 wins like the Red Sox but are still 29 games over .500 with 3rd best record in baseball. They also had the 3rd best regular season record last year.
First they excite you by walking off with a Tyler white dinger then infuriate you by displaying ineptitude against a go no where team for 2 straight. Go ahead guys. Keep f’ing around and get your yourself in a wildcard game. I’m sure that would go real well.
As you say he really doesn’t do much. The players have the ability to overcome inefficiencies on the staff, it just makes it harder. You still won’t admit Pettis is the worst 3rd base coach in the league.
He had help from Cora, Beltran, and Powell. All three have since moved on. I'm one hit away from tying Hudgens in MLB hits.
Year to year. If the hitters are not hitting, hitting coach get fired. Same with pitching coach. They get paid to perform and when you failed at your job, you should be replace. Right now, his hitters look lost out there.
No, what I am saying, Mick, is that you, Mick, don't have a goddam clue what an actual baseball coach or player really does.
Do you think that Jose Altuve will listen at all to [hitting coach whoever]? Or Correa? Or Yuli? Or anybody other than the kids, and even that is very debatable?
What talk? You go off the rails instead of discussing why you believe otherwise and attack me. :Maybe someday you can enlighten me on the genius of “The Pettis”.
OK, sure? Who are they talking to and what "tips" are they gaining, if not the actual people who are employed as "hitting coaches" on the teams and/or for them personally. Yall know they have personal hitting coaches, right?
Just curious, what's the most number of times a World Series Champion has been shut out during the regular season?
Bucky's using God like that is already grounds for being called dumbass, but he will dodge owning it. That's why he's "Bucky".. Cutie pie. ___ Stros have a top record. They've had the most injuries. Already won last year. Have the best pitching staff. Stros were Vegas Favorite last I heard. Correa might need a week off (or more). We can sustain without him short while. Come back strong please.
That's exactly the MLB average. Obviously weird home/road split, but this team has that across the board.
