    Clearly I don't understand anything about the salary cap or NBA financials at all....I can't understand how 1 team can keep signing players like that.

    He's the only guy they've signed as a free agent this offseason that wasn't their own for more than the minimum.

    Casspi signed for the freaking minimum!!!!!
    Young signed for tax payer mid level exception, basically the small version of what we used for PJ Tucker as they are tax payers and we aren't right now.
