Who the hell is he playing with? Bunch of nobodies.

 

Think it was Crabbe, Hezonja, the Harrison twins and BG.

In other words, he was doing what we mainly need him for which is torching 2nd/3rd units

I happy MCW is working on his 3 point shot. Almost every Melo vid I see him 2 steps inside the line.

 

That stroke is looking smooth.

I'm pretty sure he scored on Oladipo a few times in that video

 

oladipo taught him how to improve after being taught by westbrick how to improve

 

All for the positive impact he will for the Rockets. Just think he is redundant with Melton on the team. Would like to invest in our youth over placing hope in a “retread” buying for the same playing time. If MCW truly “moves the needle” then play him if not develop our youth, please.

 

It's nice to see MCW putting in the effort in order to get better, but I wouldn't be surprised if Melton outplays him.

 

When people post pick up videos of nba players and they’re killing it I laugh. There’s nothing surprising about this..... it just makes me realizes most don’t know how good your below average D1/nba player is

 

With his length and athleticism MCW should be able to guard 3’s.

 

If he can just shoot 33-35% from 3 that will be good enough.

 

Is he playing aginst HSers here?

And he traveled at the 2:02 mark, btw.

Looks like a standard training video in a random gym.

An Oladipo sighting there too.

But only time will tell how this translates into actual gameplay. I do hope that 3 point shot is pure and he can get it off quickly, because he will be looked to shoot it when open without hesitation.

This is a 1 year try out for MCW, to show the NBA he can still play and that his ROY campaign wasn't a fluke.
