    not sure what the most recent updates are because theyve been fighting it for awhile but The State of Texas considers daily fantasy sports to be illegal

    I don't think you can play fanduel in texas

    FanDuel is now legal in Texas. I've been playing DraftKings and DFS has become a big hobby of mine.
