There are some folks that got it in their mind that the offensive numbers put up last year by our top 5-6 guys were sustainable or repeatable. Most of those guys haven't this year, Bregman being an exception. Winning a World Series has a habit of hyping a team and its players, true. Saying they suck though is even more inaccurate than saying they are generational players. All in all, 2018 isn't done yet. There is still time to make the year a good one. Winning B2B WS titles hasn't occurred once in the 21st century, so there is no shame if we dont manage it.
