    There's really not that much "competing" at this point...I don't think I've seen the Astros be competitive since the meaningless All-Star game.

    Err. Standings determine seeding and playoffs. Not run differential and the way I see it we are staring at a tie in the making.

    Altuve is a great player, future hall of famer. Just bringing him back isn't going to be enough and if the FO is arrogant enough to believe that then they are underestimating and disrespecting the A's and deserve to lose. The offense has clearly shown it's not good enough.

    Far from the first one... but definitely behind the ones calling the Angels winning the division after the first 2 weeks of the season, or the Mariners winning the division last week.

    Well when you look at this Astros team with two catchers right now who can’t hit, a washed up Gattis, Yuli forgetting how to hit, all the injuries, and just a mental collapse from the Stros you could be right
