Really, a must read article for anyone who believes they care about actual issues.

Remember, the news agencies don't HAVE TO be complicit. They choose to be complicit with the right (Fox), center (CNN) and left (MSNBC) >> none of which have made material and sustained progress on major issues plaguing American people for the last 30 years. When I say right, left and center, that's not the R/L/C of American people's issues, that's just the R/L/C of issues that are of particular concern to people who own and empower the news agencies.

Interesting. One certainly cannot help thinking of the GOP. I think this explains why the GOP through their leader Trump is increasingly focusing on immigrants. Their supporters (outside the top 1 to 10%) are tiring of increasing economic inequality and despairing that more tax cuts for the wealthy, deregulation and privatization in pubic education and healthcare will somehow reverse increasing inequality.

In addition several of their main social issues are losing appeal i.e, mar1juana (drugs) gay rights and perhaps even abortion.. Gradually fewer people are rejecting that climate change is happening and that it is caused or aggravated by human activity..

A summary of the article and how it plays into modern day US politics, please. It's boring and poorly written.

+ CNN is not the center, it is definitely left. I find it weird how in the 21st century, with so much information available, people need to look at politics through some kind of slant and bias, whether it be left or right. That kind of aggressive outlook alienates the other side. Why haven't "evolved" human beings put more emphasis on a unified consensus with no party lines... I mean climate change deniers are all industrialists who benefit from mass pollution and chemical toxicity, whether they are republicans or democrats. It's not like all of the left or right is rich, enough struggling on both sides to see this.

On September 9 we see if the Swedish far-right party can answer the people’s question: what do we do about the invasion of our nation by this hostile supremacist ideology?
