    I just don't trust Rondon right now. We should go back to closer by committee and have the hottest hand pitch the 9th. Right now it looks like that might be Pressley, but I see no reason as to why Rondon and his 72% save conversion rate should be entrenched in the role.

    It’s clear that Hinch, and the players, are begging for set roles.

    The committee stuff hasn’t worked great either. How about they just put the guy with the best overall stuff, and best track record at closing... as the closer.

    Yuli Gurriel has been straight up horseshit for a while now. Glad he's hitting cleanup. He's dropped nearly 30 points in BA since late June.

    I hate b****ing about the offense “after” the blown save.

    Had it been 8-7, the blown save is still what prevents the win.
