I think that Trump legal team should not allow Mueller to ask a single question to Trump wrt Trump's illegal activity.

Emails released today reveal that Obama-DOJ official Bruce Ohr (who assembled the dossier, the genesis of the Russia lies and investigation) was working directly with Christopher Steele, the British spy, to put together the Russian dossier. Steele's attorney was registered as a lobbyist for none other than Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska (who allegedly has close Putin ties). Steele and Ohr met 1 day prior to the FBI launching operation Crossfire Hurricane, which was the spying on the Trump Campaign. Strategic leaks to the media on the Russian collusion lies ramped up around the same time.

Is this entire 2 year Special Counsel / Russian collusion angle a smokescreen for the DNC/FBI/CIA/Media actual collusion with Russian and foreign intelligence agencies to spy on Trump, prevent him from being elected, prevent him from being inaugurated, and try to remove him from office? Is the DNC/FBI/CIA/media guilty of exactly what they are falsely claiming Trump did? We'll see. There's far more evidence of this being true than Trump's collusion with the Russians, that's for sure. And I would not at all be surprised if the Trump Tower meeting was set up by the FBI/CIA, given the Derispaska ties. If that is true, then whoa. This was truly a filthy, dishonest effort to frame Trump for something he did not do.

Walking back 2 years of false Russia allegations against Trump won't be easy for the liberals to do. Expect conspiracy theory claims to be the first line of defense... but that's exactly why the dirty intelligence agencies would create a smokescreen in the first place, to enable that defense and confuse the issue. Accusing someone of something you did is just such a tactic. We'll see.
