Yeah, Rubio was always holic's dream. Long gone. But still dances off the fingertips, I guess.

    Fixed it, he says.

Yes. If he stays healthy he's going to have a great season this year. Jazz are going to be elite.

3rd seed in West is close to elite. Top Five team in NBA. I think that is their ceiling and qualifies them as possibly elite.

    Agreed.

And IMO, only Houston, GS, and MAYBE Boston fall into that category.
There is a huge drop down down to the next level where Philly, the Jazz, and their ilk reside...lots of wannabes.

Yes, and we can not have two Harden-esque defenders on the floor. Harden has never been a solid defender off ball. Not even back at Artesia.

    Clint punked that Frenchman...

Utah isn't a threat to win a title therefore will be more mediocre than elite.

I really don't see Bazemore anymore unless we are also moving Gordon as our team is filled with guys under 6'6" so far this offseason.

Tempted to add Lakers because any team with alleged GOAT is not to be underestimated.

And would place Raptors, Spurs and OKC over Jazz as well.

Let’s not start a debate now but Jordan is the goat.

You don't know the jazz. The only way this teams are better than the Jazz is if the Jazz lose significant guys to injuries. Otherwise they're better than all those teams in the West.

Jazz good? Yep; Jazz elite? Nope.

Jazz have a great built-in home court advantage, best w/Nugs.

BTW - - I won't sleep on a Lebron team 'til the copper stake is driven thru their purples.
BTW II - - my annual worry is that RW (and the Thunder) will figger it out. They haven't. Yet.
BTW III - - KW just might take KL et al very far, but we shall see (and I am not a seer as it relates to Leonard and his unk).

Member when Clint took a fat stinky deuce on Rudy Gobert?

Healthy or not, Utah is going to run into Clint eventually. :D
