Tucker with a better approach vs. lefties. Reddick as well as of late. Hinch will hopefully not be so robotic the next time they face one.
McHugh is a solid pitcher. Period. Highly underrated in my opinion. On the other hand, Reddick! Wooo!
Nice job Reddick! Apparently he doesn't get along with Kemp by that lack of celebration between the two in the dugout.
Tucker has definitely kept that front shoulder in against lefties as shown by that opposite field hit there. To me his swings against the limited lefties he has had ABs against have been much better, almost feel like it helps him focus/not try to do too much and just stay with the pitch. Also, while I like Hinch, I don't understand why Tuckers' minor league numbers against lefties don't come into play with his decisions - he clearly is capable of hitting lefties.
Also, very underrated in the fact he went to the bullpen without complaining and has completely dominated. He really didn't deserve to lose his job as a starter but that's what happens when you're this stacked - that being said I can tell you there are several other players who would have cried/complained on this team had it happened to them.
Great win. Offense hit the ball much better than the 5 runs would indicate. 15 hits is exceptional. Morton was sparkling most of the game and the Bullpen was never really threatened by Seattle, who excels in one run and 2 run games.
