@Codman is a CF legend. Well connected in the basketball community (esp. with Nene). Cancer A$$-kicker - still fighting the good fight. He posts info that he hears sometimes - albeit sometimes cryptically to protect the people who passed him info. Many - myself included - love him for his tenacity for life, love of basketball, and willingness to share. Others flame him because some time his info doesn't work out and because they don't want puzzles. Thanks to EVERYONE who shares what they know. I know it says I joined in 2009ish, but I have been coming here since Clutchcity days. I also go back prior to the Kokane Kowboyz days with my Rockets fandom (like Del Harris days) - far back enough to hate the fact that we lost to the gd Celts 2X in the finals. Fun fact: I once worked with Herb Brown on a minor league team!

He is the introvert, but the only time he might become remotely available is the Feb deadline, or after the end of the upcoming season. Houston is not likely to acquire him.
I should have looked at Bazemore's contract, a long time ago. I didn't know that 2020-21 was a player option. He is most likely to exercise it though. The Hawks may want a handsome ransom for RA. A first, a second plus Melton, most likely. I don't want give up that much at all. Bazemore is better than RA, but he will chafe at having to play behind Harden and Eric Gordon. I don't want Eric to be moved after him, or at the same time for another position.
gordon and bazemore are roughly the same age and height, but EGO is a much better player on a much better contract. so ya, no way i want to acquire bazemore and then lose gordon either
There have been quite a few over the years. @Doc Rocket was one @ch44 was another and of course @cyberx Doc was our own personal mystery machine. He would throw clues out in riddles and often people got tired of the shtick and ended up flaming him, especially when the proposed trade(s) didn't come to fruition. You know, it's the internet.
Ch is a secret, not supposed to promote him. Anyways, I was pretty sure Kelly was another fake throwing stuff at the wall because literally almost everything he reported this summer the opposite happened. The capela signing proves he at least has a source close enough to find out prior to the league call, which is when woj finds out. So, all things considered, Kelly seems to be in the know. Probably on or around the same level as Ben.
Just to clarify, you heard/read that Kerr was against Shaq and Kerr said MDA/Owner were for. Or did you read/hear MDA/owner say that separately from a Kerrr quote. Do you have a link? Or remember when you read Kerr say that...maybe I can find one. This is fascinating history to me. ima going with @Codman and Thunder Dan versus any Kerr quote, but would have to process an actual MDA quote in on this. I can't see MDA trading Marion for Shaq in order to start both Amare and Shaq.
I agree with this, plus Bazemore's past attitude about Atlanta / Houston leads me to believe that he won't be happy here long term.
Anyone whos been on here long a enough and is not an idiot knows that , @Codman , @docrocket , and @cyberx are our insiders... doc is out of the game for a bit though.
