It wasn't necessarily towards you but if you took it that way my bad. Anyway, I aint breaking any rules so to keep being told "This is a site for team fans" "Go post on a Melo fan site" is a bit redundant. Like I've posted about Ryno, Harden, Capela, etc...talked about your schemes, etc to get a better understanding on what you guys do, etc..but because I dispute some Melo posts by guys who simply don't like him(not all but some) they get offended. Like I said I aint a yes man. If I disagree, I disagree and others have the right as well. I don't attack guys, never will because its not that serious Again if I offended you my bad, wasn't my intent. If I have to leave because I'm a Melo fan well it aint happening.
no ones asking you to stop posting. I’m not at least. I’m just saying if you reply to me don’t be surprised if I or anyone else doesn’t agree with your viewpoint. If you’re not okay with that then don’t engage people who aren’t likely to agree with you. You’re in a forum where you purposefully came here explicitly because people aren’t going to see things the way you do. More so it’s hypocrotical to say those who don’t agree with you have an agenda when your agenda is clearly the minority on a rockets fan forum. I mean what did you expect to happen? If you’re going to be here preaching the melo gospel, then don’t get all pissy when people push back.
Okay. Are you done? You aren't changing my mind. And to continue insulting me is counterintuitive to what you're really trying to get done. Move along man, its over.
Interesting, because all I’ve done is push back with equal diligence what you push on here and that doesn’t seem ok with you. How about you just put me on ignore and I’ll continue to not engage you or your melo posts.
You can reply to me if its basketball related. I just don't wanna argue about who's right or wrong here because its pointless. We can discuss basketball any time. You have the right to have a different perspective when it comes to how you see things.
Neither of us know whether Morey has Tilman’s blessing to trade Ryan Anderson for Nicolas Batum. However, the fact is such a trade’s impact on the team’s luxury tax bill the next two years is minimal. Also, if the Rockets are concerned about the repeater tax three years from now, then they wouldn’t be open to trading for long-term contracts involving Anderson in the first place. As for the final year of Batum’s deal, yes, it’s not the easiest expiring contract to move, but it could be used to match salary for a high-priced, disgruntled star, or they could simply buy him out if necessary. By that time, who knows if the Rockets still have Eric Gordon on the team (free agent after next season), and 35-year-old P.J. Tucker would be in the last season of his deal, which is partially guaranteed for about 2.5 million.
I will take Bazemore + Ennis as replacements for Ariza + Luc. Harden + CP3 + Capela + Gordon + Tucker + Bazemore + Ennis + Green + Melton (the new Sam Casell) = RUN IT BACK.
