There is however proof that Hillary's DNC provided the basis for the FBI/CIA to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump during the campaign. Conspiring with a hostile foreign power to influence a presidential election in your favor is both a conspiracy and an act of treason. That's what trump did, in my opinion, and for that, he should be behind bars. Mr. trump and every one of those who conspired with him. The lackadaisical way some here have reacted to that shocks me.

Just like you don't need to rob a bank to be charged, trump doesn't have had to take possession of the Clinton information to have been illegal... just had to conspire to get the information for it to be a crime. Trump will not like any legal remedy forced on him by the courts to solve his emolumen issue. This might be the shortest path to getting Trump out of office, albeit voluntarily.
